Shipping Policy for Swiss Clients (B2C Orders)

1. Delivery Service Provider

All deliveries are made by La Poste Suisse SA, and products are shipped directly to the address provided during the checkout process. FELCO only delivers to addresses within Switzerland.

2. Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery date for each product is displayed on our website during the ordering process and confirmed via email after the order is placed. While we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, please note that we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. If we are unable to deliver the product within 30 days from the date of your order confirmation, you have the right to cancel your order at no additional cost, and we will refund the full purchase price.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be displayed separately during checkout and in your order confirmation email. These costs vary depending on the size and weight of the items and the selected delivery method.

4. Delivery Address

The delivery address must be located within Switzerland and must match the details provided during your order registration. FELCO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

5. Transfer of Risk

Risk transfers to the buyer at the moment the product is delivered to the specified address.

6. Order Inspection

Upon receiving your order, you are required to inspect the products immediately. If the products do not conform to your order, you must submit a written claim within 10 days of receipt. If no claim is made within this period, the products are deemed accepted. Similarly, using the products will be considered as acceptance of the delivery.

7. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for products unless they are non-compliant with the order or have material or manufacturing defects. For more information on returns for defective products, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
