These conditions apply to the sale and supply of products listed on the FELCO Canada Official Online Shop operated by the Subsidiary of FELCO SA in Canada:

- Prices are in CA dollars (CAD).
- Prices are shown without taxes.
- If required local sales taxes are applied.
- Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms
- Payment is requested upon order confirmation.
- Credit card is the sole payment method.

Applicable law
Any contract between PYGAR Sales Canada Ltd. and a buyer is interpreted under the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

Order processing and shipping

- Based on availability, orders are shipped twice a week from our warehouse in the Province of Ontario.
Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Tuesday.
Orders received on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are shipped on Friday.
- As we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellation.
- There is a flat C$5.00 (plus sales taxes if due) handling and shipping charge applicable on any order.

Claims for shortage and damage
All claims for quantity discrepancies, damages or lost shipments of the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
Claims for shortages in the delivery are not accepted unless they are made within three business days of receipt of goods.

Warranty
- All FELCO products are guaranteed against manufacturers' defect.
- Any good found to be defective within one year of date of purchase will be repaired or replaced once the good along with the original bill of purchase has been returned to PYGAR Sales Canada Ltd.
- PYGAR Sales Canada Ltd. is the sole determiner of product defect.
- PYGAR Sales Canada Ltd. shall not in any event be liable for costs of any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages to anyone by reason of fact that such product does not conform to this warranty.
