- Payment is requested upon order confirmation.
- Credit card is the sole payment method.
Any contract between PYGAR Sales Canada Ltd. and a buyer is interpreted under the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
Order processing and shipping
- Based on availability, orders received are shipped next business day from our location in Ontario.
- All orders are subject to a flat rate shipping fee under the following structure:
- order subtotal under $25 receives a $5 shipping charge
- order subtotal over $25 receives an $18 shipping charge
- order subtotal over $200 receives no shipping charge
- Shipping is to be carried out by via UPS Ground or Canada Post
- To cancel an order you have placed, please contact PYGAR Sales Canada LTD, by either email or phone
- If you require a copy of your invoice, please contact PYGAR Sales Canada LTD, by either email or phone for a copy.
- All FELCO products are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defect for up to one year from date of purchase.
- Any good found to be defective within one year of date of purchase will be repaired or replaced once the item along with the original bill of purchase has been returned to PYGAR Sales Canada LTD. Please contact PYGAR Sales Canada LTD, by either email or phone, for instructions on how to file a warranty claim.
- PYGAR Sales Canada LTD, is the sole determiner of product defect and the product in question must be sent to PYGAR Sales Canada LTD. for a warranty inspection.
- PYGAR Sales Canada LTD shall not in any event be liable for costs of any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to anyone by reason of fact that such product does not conform to this warranty.
- Please contact PYGAR Sales Canada LTD by either email or phone, for instructions on how to process a return.
- Any item may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for refund.
- There are no exchanges for a different item.
- Items must be unused and with the original packaging.
- If returning parts, the item must be unopened.
- The customer is responsible for the cost and method of return shipping.
